You can create a new WebEx meeting on the agent page.

This is not created as a room card in the Citizens' Office, it is only a one-time

standard WebEx meeting.

To create the meeting, click on the button at the top right of the agent page

with the label Create meeting:

In the form that now opens, you can enter information for the

meeting to be created:

Basic-Settings:

Meeting Title:

Free text field with the title of the meeting.
