To VOPS Documentation Overview
When you open the desktop client, you will first see a page with a text field in which you must enter the instance code of your virtual citizens' office.
You can find the instance code on your agent page under the settings (in the menu bar at the top right)
In the settings you will then find the item Instance Code, which you simply need to copy.
You must then simply paste the copied code into the desktop client, or simply write it in the text field and then log in using the green login button below.
Once you have clicked on Login, the Webex login window will open in the browser.
