The master calendar provides an overview and management of all appointments for all agents in the virtual office.
The color of the appointments indicates whether the appointment has been booked and, if so, whether it is taking place online or on site.
Instead of the title of the appointment, the appointment slot directly shows the name of the agent who is the host of the appointment.
Here is a general view of how the master calendar is displayed.
If you move the mouse over an appointment slot, the title of the appointment is displayed.
