When the office is open, you can take calls.
As soon as a call comes in, you have 2 options:
Either accept the incoming call (accept) or reject it (reject). You can also see in which office the call is being received.
If you click on "Accept", your Webex meeting opens in the Webex client and you can start the meeting by clicking on "Start meeting". The caller is now waiting in the lobby in the Webex client. You can bring them into the meeting by clicking on "Let in". If you click on "Remove" instead, the call will be ended for the user.
However, if you click on "Reject" in the call pop-up, the call to the user is ended directly.
