Enter a office using the client

You can enter virtual offices via the agent client.Unlike the alternative way of entering the office via the agent page, your WebEx meeting will not start immediately when you open the virtual office.

Instead, the client will keep your consulting rooms open in the background and you will receive a call as soon as someone wants to enter the room.

You will find all the offices that you can open on the start page of the client.

Here you can see the different rooms and their current status.

On the one hand you can see whether the office is currently open or closed and on the other hand you can see whether you are in the office and therefore whether you can receive calls from this office or not.

An office can also be open when you are not in it because it can be opened not only by you but also by your colleagues.

In this example, the "Building administration" is opened by a colleague (but not by you).
The "Social services" is opened by you.
The "Health insurance office" office is not open.

You can enter an office using the “Enter office” button. As soon as you have entered an office, you can receive calls.

If you accept such a call, a WebEx meeting will start in your personal meeting room.
